OUR PASTORS
Pastors Earl and Jennifer Rice began their pastorate at New Beginnings Church in February 2015. They desire to see people get saved, their lives transformed, and to lead and guide the Body of Christ to fulfill God's call on their lives. Their call on New Beginnings and their ministry is to build churches in communities around the Effingham area in addition to building the church in Effingham.
